Among the many enchanting sites in the Mauricie region is the legendary Club de Golf Grand-Mère. Founded in 1910, this semi-private golf course is one of the oldest in Canada. In a typical Scottish style, designed by Frederik of Peyster Townsen and completed by Walter J. Travis, it has been designed in the purest of traditions.
